摘要(Abstract)：

从被诉方的角度,本文从遭受反倾销诉讼的原因、反倾销措施对被诉方的影响、应诉方应对策略等方面,对相关研究进行追踪梳理,旨在把握发展中国家和处于经济转型期的国家在发展国际贸易过程中存在的弱点,借鉴其他国家应对反倾销诉讼的策略,为我国宏观政策层优化决策,完善我国企业应对反倾销的战略体系,提升我国企业的国际竞争力提供参考。
