离职研究是企业人力资源管理领域一个重要的课题。根据国内外的研究,离职有离职意向的影响因素和离职意向到行为的调节因素两大原因。企业管理者和研究人员要针对离职原因制定离职的管理对策,对企业具有十分重要的实践意义。
