商业模式研究的知识架构与阶段特征——文献计量分析方法The Knowledge Structure and Phrase Characteristic of Business Model Reserach:Bibliometric Analysis

摘要(Abstract):
近些年有关商业模式研究的文献逐渐增多,但是多偏向于特定主题的定性分析,以宏观视角回顾的文献相当有限。因此,本文采用文献计量分析方法,针对商业模式研究领域的整体发展脉络进行分类整合,试图通过梳理商业模式研究的阶段特征和知识架构,以期为该领域未来研究方向选择以启示。研究发现:现有商业模式研究可分为电子商务、战略、组织和创新四个领域,其研究大致经历了萌芽阶段、电子商务阶段、质疑阶段、战略和组织应用阶段以及创新应用阶段。

- ①由于《哈佛商业评论》、《加利福尼亚管理评论》和《斯隆管理评论》的文献中作者和数据库都没有给出关键词,为了确保本研究的效度,根据Aimin(1994)的建议,赋予关键词的工作由本文两位作者共同进行。先由两位作者共同确定赋予关键词的方法,并用此方法对其中5篇文献给出3-5个关键词。之后,两位作者对剩余没关键词的文献进行分工,一位按照确定的方法给出文献关键词,另一位对给出的关键词进行稽核,其中,稽核工作包括核对执行过程和赋词结果(Lincoln和Guba,1989)。
